Our platform connects style-conscious customers abroad with local fashion experts who know the markets, trends, and hidden gems of Pakistan. We’re making cross-border fashion shopping seamless, personalized, and exciting — and we’re now seeking a Client Consultant to join our growing remote team in Canada.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Consultant, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our customers — managing each inquiry from initial interest through final order confirmation. You’ll collaborate closely with our Fashion Consultants in Pakistan to deliver a premium, end-to- end experience that reflects SHOPERTS’s signature standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to new order inquiries via web chat, email, or phone.
- Assign customer requests to the appropriate Fashion Consultant based on product type and location.
- Review consultant proposals for accuracy, pricing, and presentation before sharing with customers.
- Communicate finalized proposals to customers for approval and confirm readiness to proceed.
- Oversee each order from start to finish — ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and exceptional service.
- Maintain customer records, preferences, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Support continuous improvement in communication and service flow between Canada and Pakistan teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Canada (remote).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in client service, coordination, or fashion retail preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
